  • Oversee workforce management, including attendance, shifts, leave, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and workforce welfare.
  • Implement performance appraisal, employee development, and succession planning programs.
  • Organize training, safety awareness, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance records.
